AGREEMENT

Should planning not be achieved in the first instance, we then look to appeal the decision through the necessary channels. Our team are very knowledgeable of this process and the requirements to successfully have negative decisions overturned.

PLANNING APPLICATION

As all projects are different, timelines for submitting a planning application are discussed at an early stage and will be in accordance with your Local Authorities housing requirement. We typically allow 8-12 months to compile all the necessary surveys and components required to submit a robust application.

PERMISSION

Once planning permission has been approved, we then move onto the process of selling the land.

APPEAL

SALE

Once in a position to do so, we then start the process of sale. We have longstanding relationships with some of the UK’s largest house builders and are well placed to secure the highest value for your land by way of our quiet selling process.
